Uqora Promote - Probiotic Blend 5 billion CFU: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lacticaseibacillus Rhamnosus, Lactoferrin. Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (Capsule), Magnesium Stearate, and Silica. Contains Milk. Uqora Defend - Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol (D3), D-Mannose, Turmeric Root Extract (95% Curcuminoids), Green Tea Leaf Extract (98% Polyphenols), Black Pepper Fruit Powder. Other ingredients: Hypromellose (Vegetarian Capsule Shell), Magnesium Stearate, Silica, and Rice Flour.
Directions
Take 2 capsules of Defend daily with water. Take 1 capsule of Promote orally with water for 15 consecutive days each month. Concerning Promote, the remainder of the month will be capsule-free. Each month, restart the 15-day Promote dosing to maintain month-long support. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
