Cancellation Policy

At Nutricity, we make every effort to process and ship orders immediately to ensure timely delivery. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully.

Cancellations Timeframe

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from their recording.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service within this timeframe.
  • If the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours and before shipment, it will be processed full money refund In the original payment method.

Cancel after 24 hours

  • After 24 hours, orders usually have already been processed and prepared for shipment.
  • In this case, cancellation may not be possible.
  • You can refuse to receive the package upon delivery.
  • After the package is returned to us in its initial state, a refund will be issued for the value of the product, excluding shipping costs.

Important notes

  • Refunds are processed in the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded for cancellations after 24 hours or for orders returned due to refusal of delivery.
  • If the returned product is not in its original condition, a charge may be applied relocation fee.
