Returns of Money & Refunds Policy

Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read the following return and refund policy.

1. Return Conditions

Because we offer nutritional and health supplements, the safety of the products is a top priority.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we accept returns only under specific conditions.

We accept returns if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Open or used add-ons
  • Products without the original packaging or receipt
  • Products marked with “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

2. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Send email to support@nutricity.gr With the order number, the reason for return, and a product photo (if required).
  2. Our team will review the request and, if approved, will send you return instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.

Important information:

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is due to us.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours from the delivery.

It may be necessary to request photos to confirm the issue before a replacement or refund is processed.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before sending.

After shipment, cancellation is not possible.
