Directions
Adults take 1 or 2 capsules 2 or 3 times a day with water 2 hours before meals. Take first dose before breakfast. Reduce or adjust dose as per requirement sometime later or as needed. Adjust the dosage as per your body requirement or as per the advice of your health care provider.
