Roctane Ultra Endurance Drink contains beta-alanine which supplements dietary beta-alanine to improve muscle buffering during intense efforts, and branched-chain amino acids, which are shown to serve as an additional fuel source (when taken with carbohydrates), reduce muscle damage, enhance recovery, and delay fatigue.
