Directions
Heating method: Place the mask in a microwave on a paper towel, set power to high and heat for 20 seconds. Test temperature before applying. For additional heat, microwave in 5-second increments until desired temperature is reached. Do not exceed 30 seconds. Insert mask into the washable cover or use directly without the cover. Apply for 5-10 minutes. Do not apply for more than 20 minutes at a time. Cold method: Place the mask in a sealable plastic bag and then in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove and insert into the washable cover or use directly without the cover. Apply for 5 to 7 minutes.
