Directions
Step 1: Adjust, slide forward or back to desired jaw postion. Step 2: Place in hot water for 50 sec. Step 3: Dip in cold water. Step 4: Bite & Mold. Step 5: Place in cold water for 5 minutes to let mold set. You can repeat steps 1-4 for a better fit. Contact us if you have any problems or questions.
