- Turkey Tail Mushroom - Also known as Coriolus Versicolor, is well known in folk medicine in Eastern countries. It was especially often used to replenish energy, since it was believed that the plant absorbed all its power during its stay on the tree.
- Benefits - Turkey tail mushrooms have positive impact properties on the immune. Contain compounds known as polysaccharopeptide and polysaccharide-K. As with most mushrooms, turkey tail contains fiber.
- How to Use - The powder can be added to tea, coffee, juice, other drinks, and also to food. In dry form, take the powder orally with any non-dairy and non-alcoholic drink; if necessary, the dosage can be increased.
- How to Take - As a dietary supplement, take 1000mg (about 1/2 tsp) once daily, or as directed by a physician. In doses of about 1 g it gives energy (can be combined with lion's mane mushroom to achieve synergy). Sometimes you have to take it in doses of up to 3 g to achieve a quick effect. Can also be used by animals.
- How to Store - Does not contain additives or dyes. Store in a dry place, away from sunlight, at room temperature. It is not recommended to store in the refrigerator.
