1. Open the SinuAir bottle and measure the desired amount of saline solution (1/2 teaspoon for isotonic or 1 teaspoon for hypertonic). 2. Mix the measured saline solution with 8 ounces of distilled, filtered, or previously boiled water. 3. Stir the solution until the saline is fully dissolved. 4. Use the solution with your preferred nasal irrigation system, such as a neti pot, squeeze bottle, or the SinuPulse Elite system. 5. Follow the instructions provided with your specific nasal irrigation device for the best results.
