Directions
Instructions for using Dr. Cole's Constipation Balm: 1. When you receive your tin of Constipation Balm, stir up all of the contents with a fork. (The beeswax settles on top and needs to be blended evenly with the herbal infused oils.) 2. Use about a thumbnail of blended balm. 3. Massage for about 30 or 40 seconds, all over the lower abdomen below the belly-button area, until absorbed into skin. Continue massaging the ointment into the stomach area every hour until you have a bowel movement.
