Move the gel pack forward or backward to fit comfortably in your underwear. 5. Use the gel pack for pain relief and comfort as needed. 6. After use, clean the fabric sleeve and reuse with a new gel pack. 7. Store the gel pack in the resealable bag in the freezer to maintain freshness and prolong the product lifetime.
