Cut the Gauze Roll to the desired length, if necessary. 5. Wrap the Gauze Roll around the wound and the primary dressing, securing it in place. 6. Ensure the Gauze Roll is not applied directly to the open wound. 7. Change the Gauze Roll as needed, following standard wound care practices.
