Freeze at least 2 hours or until gel is solid. 3. Remove from freezer place them on your feet. 4. Wear 15-20 minutes time, then remove 15 before reapplying. 5. Repeat as needed, but do not exceed of 24-hour period. **Hot microwave-safe Heat microwave 30 seconds. Check temperature to ensure they are too placing **Safety Considerations:** - Always check feet avoid burns frostbite. Do while standing walking.
