Directions
To use, mold the compress to the desired shape and position it on the affected area. For cold therapy, place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. For heat therapy, microwave for 15-25 seconds. Secure with the adjustable Velcro strap. Use for over 40 minutes for cold compress or as needed for heat compress. Do not exceed 15 minutes at a time for heat compress. Allow the compress to cool down before reheating. Always follow safety guidelines when using heat or cold therapy.
