Directions
Adults take 1 Vege Capsule 2 or 3 times a day with water or lukewarm water at least 1 hour before or after meals. You may start with 2 vege capsules 2 or 3 times a day for a while and after that resume the regular serving size according to your body requirement. Adjust the dose according to your body requirement as per the advice of your health care provider.
