If needed, use up to three times a day with a four-hour gap between doses. 3. How to Use: Gently shake the bottle and blow your nose. Insert the nozzle into one nostril, aiming out and away from the septum (nose bone) and back towards the nasal cavity. Press the pump and repeat in the other nostril.
