B-12 Fast Melt is a quick-dissolving and easily absorbed Coenzymated form of vitamin B-12 for energy and nerve health support. Vitamin B-12 is normally found in meat, seafood, eggs and dairy. B-12 Fast Melt is an excellent source of B-12 for vegans and older adults. Persons over 60 tend to have less stomach acid, resulting in less absorption of B-12. The Fast Melt formulation compensates with easy B-12 absorption. B-12 is essential for healthy function of red blood cells, regulation of normal homocysteine levels and the production of SAMe, the body’s main methyl donor.
