Directions
1. Place the gel ice pack in freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until desired temperature is achieved. You can place the ice pack in a sealed bag and store it directly in the refrigerator for immediate use. 2. Note: After more than 6 hours in the freezer, the product may slightly frozen, but it will also last longer. If you prefer it softer, please freeze it for no more than 6 hours. 3. When heating, please use the low-power setting on your microwave and the maximum heating time should not exceed 30 seconds. 4. Cold/ Heat lasting time will be slightly different due to surrounding temperatures.
