Start with just 1 capsule a day for the 1st 3 days and increase by just 1 capsule every 3 days until reaching 6 capsules a day (or) as directed by a healthcare provider. That's 1 capsule on days 1,2,3... 2 capsules on days 4,5,6... 3 capsules on days 7,8,9... 4 capsules on days 10,11,12... 5 capsules on days 13,14,15... 6 capsules on days 16,17,18 and so on...
