GENTLE BUT SECURE ADHESION - Use the A+ medical-grade hypoallergenic soft silicone as a wound contact layer, absorb dead tissue cells, avoid sticking to the moist wound, stick to dry skin, minimize pain and trauma at dressings change. WATER-RESISTANT PROTECTION - Use the semi-permeable PU film layer, which is water-resistant and breathable, to provide a liquid barrier while allowing the passage of oxygen and water vapor, effectively protect the wound healing process. MAKE LIFE EASIER - Use the foam pads with a unique 2mm thick foam core layer to maximize absorbency, SAF layer to lock exudates and avoid maceration, nonwoven layer to disperse exudate, more absorbent than traditional bandage gauze, no need to change frequently.
