Frankincense (Boswellia Serrata) is a type species of trees of the genus Boswellia of the Burseraceae family. Low trees, widespread in India and Southeast Asia. When an incision is made on their trunk, a resinous consistency fluid is released, which thickens and hardens in air. Frankincense has a curved shapeless trunk of greenish-red color, weeping branches, small leaves resembling Neem leaves in shape, white flowers, and fruits are of a triangular shape.

Directions
Shake well before use. Take 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents.
